Bringing a guest to a lecture

At lectures we welcome occasional guests of members, as well as visitors from other societies. Because of the limited size of our auditorium, the number of guests and visitors for each lecture is limited to FIVE – booked on a first come, first served basis. Provided that there is space, members may invite a guest up to twice a year. Members must attend the lecture with their guest. We suggest a donation of £10 for attendance at a lecture, paid in advance. We cannot take payment at the door.

All guests and visitors must be booked in advance by contacting our Membership Secretary at membershiptasoxford@gmail.com. Please enter Guest in the subject line of your email. The Membership Secretary will confirm if a place is available and will also provide details of the TASO bank account for payment of the £10.

We are unable to accommodate guests and visitors who show up on the day and have not booked in advance.
